  3. Keep the heating pan on the stove and allow the solution to boil on medium flame for 15 minutes.
  4. Store in a bottle or container.


Consume this drink for about 2-3 days and then keep this aside for 15 days. After 15 days, restart with the consumption of this healthy solution. It would be great if you consume this early in the morning, this will allow your body to consume most of the nutrients.
